I even remembered to pass on your greetings Ando!
Gavin's selection of photos during his talk was absolutely wonderful, so many of the world's best warbirds captured in his lens.

Dave, just a quick thank you to yourself and all the people that helped & contributed to Sunday's forum at Warbirds. The opinion from our group, including visitors from Thailand, it was great to be part of a enjoyable day. Thanks to all the aircraft owners having their "babies" on the tarmac. As one of my visitors said that we in NZ were extremely lucky in having such wonderful aircraft for us to enjoy. Cheers Jim, Dave, Khun Chang & Khun Jaa. :-) Sanook (Enjoy) ..........................

Thanks to all involved in the WONZ gathering yesterday. It was fantastic to meet everyone, enjoy some great aircraft (flight in a Fox Moth! Woo! Still buzzing in so many ways! ) and attend the presentations. All that plus the visit to MOTAT on the Saturday arvo made it a great 30 hours in NZ Thanks again for letting this resident of the West Island be included

On any British aircraft it is important to check that the oil leak is in place under the aircraft.

Caption. Blasted contact lenses... A terrific day all round and thanks to Dave and the NZ Warbirds crew and everyone else that helped with organising the event. Thoroughly enjoyed the talks and it was great to meet those of you that I did. Had a neat talk with Reg Dunbar after the Q & A session about his experiences as a wireless operator in ECM Defiants during the war; what a lovely man and patient with my questions. Some pictures. A grey aeroplane against a grey sky. NZ1053. NZ6370. The Beaver brightens up the day. My two favourite pictures of the ones I took of Alan Peart and Jim Robinson. MH367 leaving for the afternoon.

I treated myself to a Fox Moth flight and I'm so glad I did. What a wonderful experience shared with Grant McHerron, who had a broad smile on his face during the whole flight! ZK-APT, Canadian built Fox Moth. A real beauty. The Warbirds hangar from the air. A room with a view... Thank you, Graham Wood. Even the tarp can't hide its beauty. 'CCP casting a shadow at the end of a perfect day. Thanks for looking.
