Great pics peope! Check out the coordinated rudder/aileron on the CT4 - I wonder if the nosewheel helps too ;-)

Does the CT/4 nosewheel steering not disengage in flight? Or is that one having some technical issues?

CT4 steering stays engaged in flight. Left rudder turns the nosewheel left. All is as it should be... It's a nice, co-ordinated roll back to the left

Right here's my second go at posting the RE8 sketch. Sorry for the poor quality. Note it still needs darker shading!!

Righto guys, I think it's high time I sorted myself out and posted my ones! Sorry it's so damn late!! From one end of the flightline... (this was my first TVAL airshow) I was absolutely lost for words when I saw the vast collection of WWI aircraft... to be perfectly honest part of me thought this was just a really good dream. Heavy Metal displays - P-40 NZ3009 and the Corsiar I never get tired of Keith putting this bird through her paces... Here I am taking it all in: both Albatros... after having walked down the flightline once and seeing just one albatros, I was somewhat confused, and amazed to see a second sitting next to it: SE5a at rest Start up and then taxiing out for their display likewise with the RE.8; this made the day for me. To see the first RE.8 take to the skies for the first time probably since not long after the First World War, really was quite something. Fokker D.VIII and Camel running up before their flight Nieuport XI moving out for a play Bristol F.2B taxiing And into the Flying: SE5 trio; probably another spectacle that you won't see anywhere else and then with the Bristol Fighter and FE.2B SE5a for a fast pass: FE.2B landing One Albatros takes off and the other lands (with a bounce or two!) Pfalz D.III from an interesting perspective As with the Sopwith Triplane And also with the Camel And finally, probably one of my favourite solo shots, the D.VII with a mechanical fault... Sorry for the random spamming, Just thought I'd share these. Cheers for now, James

Great shots James! The shot of the kids surfing the propwash behind you cracks me up.

Great shots James! You really captured the atmosphere of the event.
I must also say it's great to see another young guy here on the forums getting into it/out there.
