While we are talking pieces of junk. I have an old compressor pump (dismantled) sitting at Phil82's place in Wellington.
I believe he is in Waterloo near Woburn so if anyone is in a position to take a lawn mower motor sized piece of junk over to Omaka that would be great.
For your troubles Baz will buy you a beer and take it off your hands.
I should be in Omaka for the Saturday but that is far from settled yet.
I realise there is a slim chance people will be driving and taking the ferry over but I thought it would be worth asking. Thanks all.

A great friend of mine is going for a ride in the Spitfire on Friday at 3pm. Unfortunately I will not be there to take any pics. I am sure he would very much appreciate a photo of the event if any of you could oblige.
Many thanks Potters.
You guys have a great airshow and a very happy Easter to all.

.. aeromedia, are you in for the Cork and Keg ? Quite possibly Ando. I have to make some sense of what is required when we arrive tomorrow late arvo, but as you've done such a good job as the Cork and Kegs Conviviality Ambassador, we will make every effort.

I'll be staying in the Intercontinental Hotel at Wellington on Thursday night.
I'll be on the Interislander ferry due into Picton at 13.35hrs on Good Friday, so by the time we get settled into our usual digs in Devon Street, Picton, I guess I should show up at the airshow by about 15.30hrs or thereabouts. Plenty of time for the evening airshow.
However on Saturday and Sunday, I'll be at the gate when it opens at 08.00hrs all ready to claim my usual spot in the grandstand.
Who is going to the Awards Dinner on the Sunday evening? I'll probably be attending again.

Ok so far looks like I need to book for 5 (Me, Teresa, Errol and his two Aussie mates) I'll ring them now and see what they are like for bookings. Mind you if there are enough of us there we can mill around and swap seats just like a real ho down. (Did I say that right Grant? ;D)

My booking was before the Forumites......... I booked for 4 of us from Aussie. They did take the booking and I did book for their tables when there were 6 of us in 2011 so I guess there are mixed messages out there. Gordo the PBY driver and my erstwhile short mate should be there but probably later as they are ferrying it across the strait Signing off now and bring on the fermented beverages tomorrow night. Pete McQ....... hopefully see you there.
