I was thinking for a second, "Wow that HUGE next to that hammer". Then I spotted the pen and realised the hammer is tiny, hahaha.

Yep, everything is tiny. Biggest problem when building in this scale is finding the tooling and hardware. Most internet searches start with "miniature ...." and a lot of the time searches also have to be in French or German.

Setting the rivets on one side is proving to be a challenge. Some kind of right angled tool is required to reach into the rivet tail so it can be peened over.   |

Wow, brilliant, that is looking quite impressive, and quite big too. Wow this is so cool and the work involved to get to where she is boggles the mind, from memory she is 1/6th scale so the fuselage is about 1.6 metres, she's a big-in! Thinking ahead here, which is perhaps a little harsh considering, have you been thinking about the undercart Grasshopper, quite involved on a P40? Looking forward to more thank you...... |

Thanks for the support. Having the real Gloria finished and this forum has given me the push to put more effort into getting this finished. More progress has been made in the last couple of years than the previous 5 years.
