I believe NZ1058 was 1998 NZ1058 isn't airworthy. She's with Ferrymead. Quite right Baz! That was a typo for NZ1053. |

Bevan and I have been putting together the history of his Harvard NZ1044 over the past few years, and have amassed a lot of its amazing history.
One thing we do not know the exact date for was when Air New Zealand sold it to a private individual from Rolleston. Bevan had been told the airline sold it in 2004, but Grant Newman says it was still at Air New Zealand's Christchurch engineering facility in 2006 however.
We wonder if anyone here might know for sure the date of the sale, and who it was sold to? We wonder if it may have been noted in the AHSNZ journal at the time that the airline sold it off? Or NZ Wings or any other such periodical?
Can you help please?
