Dorothy Lucy COGAN (nee Marson) 4089 WRNZAF.
Passed away at Blenheim on Sunday, August 21, 2016, aged 93. At peace. Dearly loved wife of the late Gerald (Paddy) Mahoney, and special friend to the late Desmond Cogan. Sadly missed by friends and family. Our thanks for the loving and respectful care from the staff at Springlands Lifestyle Village, Blenheim, who cared for Dorothy over the past three years. Close family and friends held a brief bedside remembrance before she was entrusted to the care of Marsden House Funeral Services. Dorothy's last wish in life was that she be a donor to the Otago School of Medical Sciences and has been accepted into their care. "We will miss you Dot, but you are forever in our thoughts and hearts."

Passed away peacefully after a very short illness, surrounded by his family, on August 23, 2016, in his 91st year. Loved husband of June, a special and much loved father and father-in-law of Alan and Fiona (Wellington), Christine and Mike Day (Nelson), and Graham and partner Michelle (Blenheim), treasured "grandad Charlie" to Aidan; Matt and Anne, Michelle, Andrew and Jen; Helen, Jeremy, and a very proud Great-Grandad of Madeleine. Regret to advise that Ted Smith passed away late this morning in the North Shore hospital ICU surrounded by his family. Ted will be particularly well remembered by the RNZAF banding community, he continued to play in the Base Auckland band until quite recently. Ted will be greatly missed by many who served from the 1960’s to the 2000’s. Further information such as funeral details and address for condolences will be advised when known

Dearest husband of Maureen for 63 years, cherished Dad of Sue and Li, loved Father-in-law of Graham and adored Gargie of Jarrod and Gabes, Gemma and Mark and Greg.
