I'm sad to see my friend and Cambridge airman David Jecks has passed away. he was at our Cambridge Forum Meet in 2011.

Dave, presumably the notices you get out of the papers only cover some of the country? I noticed while reading the ODT at the testing station this morning that an ex wartime LAC had died so the qustion is who looks after the rest of the country? (No, I don't get the paper, I read what I need to on line)

There are newspapers all over the country affiliated with the obituary site that I follow and search every few days, but not every single death goes into those particular newspapers. Not every newspaper is a member.
It should not be just up to me to keep everyone informed if there are deaths in the aviation community as I cannot follow every newspaper across the nation. Anyone who has such news is welcome to share it here. I know you yourself have on several occasions Shorty.
