Hey guys nice photos! I heard that there was a model of the T-6 Texan II in RNZAF liveries, did anyone get a photo of that? Unfortunately I must have missed it, Great airshow though! Yep,i got a shot into the tent of it. Basically just yellow with RNZAF roundels and red checkers on the nose. Too many VIP suits to get any closer.

Great pics coming through, keep em coming! Hopefully my contribution is different to others. I always try to get the PTSU in action and saturday was a brilliant opportunity. The departure of the All Black 777. Will be away up North till after Easter so no more from me till I get back. Have fun and keep em coming. Cheers, Colin

Thanks again for sharing. Colin, I seem to recall you saying to me once that you found it difficult to capture good images of skydivers? That obviously isn't the case anymore!

Here are a few more. Great shots so far everybody! Cockpit of RSAF C-130. Their crew were so enthusiastic about flying around NZ! Whoosh! Hunter getting some vapour on...In the shade unfortunately. Where is the sun when you need it! The NH-90 is such a beautiful and potent machine... We will miss the old Hueys though... At least we still get a few more years out of them Now here is some REAL flying Can anyone help me with who was flying these aircraft? Graham Bethels Mustang is so photogenic! I am sure he has us in mind when he puts his display together. I always get great shots of his display Such a powerful and graceful aircraft. I think I have a man-crush on it. Its a shame they were not flares popping out in the Hornet displays... I guess thats just extra $$$ to have to justify! This old girl certainly stole the show for me. I have never seen her fly before, and after getting intimate with her in Brendons hangar on friday night I think I may have even blushed... haha

hmmm - Baz may have 'lens envy'... I have camera envy! And needed a towel over my laptop keyboard due to excess drooling over the amazing photos posted. Looking at all those action shots I was wondering if I really was at the same air show as I don't recall seeing half of it, curse my short sighted eyes & rubbish telephoto on a dinky little point & shoot camera!

You haven't seen all the shots that don't get posted ;D I feel like I have kept about 1 in 10. I actually saw you guys late in the day on Saturday at the crowdline but didn't manage to catch your eye to say hello.

I have always placed the Hunter near the top of my list for favourite aircraft. It is just so elegant. Nothing in the photos here has changed that opinion. Thank you guys from one who was not there

keeps coming ...great shots!!
BTW anyone video the 4 ship F18 take-off on the show day? One small grainy vid on utube shows might have done hold down then pitch up.

Hi all. I was there, but just, car broke down about 20kms from Fielding, was on the road side for over 4 hours trying to communicate (Thanks for the lack of signal 2 degrees), got it towed to Fielding eventually and ended up staying an extra night and having to fly back yesterday, car will come back up this week on the back of a truck. Anyway, we got the free bus from Fielding to the base and had no traffic issues, had a decent day, when I'm home I'll post pics of my sons loot, he got some of the aircrews to sign some stuff for him and one of the Marines gave him a challenge coin, but I'll take and post pics of that stuff later on. Here is what I have for now.
