Well, that was great to see. Trailing aircraft went right over us after the break which was cool. Two new Hercs parked up next to two old Hercs. Looks good.

How do all the spare parts that are part of the purchase get here? Are they brought over in the backs of the Hercs? I noticed yesterday both aircraft opened their doors once parked and forklifts were at the ready to unload what looked like some cargo.

An historic occasion, the RNZAF now has more operational C130s at Whenuapai than ever. With the three C130Hs and the three C130Js. If the other two arrive before the H's are withdrawn, the lineup on the ramp will be most impressive

If I’m not mistaken only one H has been retired, which means there are 7 in the country, right?
