Just been watching aircraft at various places around the world on flight tracker 24. I was listening to Danny Watson on ZB talkback today and someone mentioned a very cool site but as I was driving I couldn't write it down then the next person rang up talking about flight tracker 24. I have noticed an A380 landing at a slower speed than a A320 anyone one use some cool sites that are even better than flighttracker. I am refreshing every 30 minutes as not downloaded etc yet

don't park, but use it as a tourist thing for cruise liner passengers and show them the lovely harbour or take them to Waiheke

welcome Nina, hope you enjoy your stay here and look forward to your contributions. watch out for Dave, his bite is way bigger than his bark. Just don't say bad things about a wee township called Cambridge.

Friends who catch that same ferry from Beach Haven to Auckland tell me that there is a huge difference in fare between travelling to and from Hobsonville and travelling to and from Beach Haven. They reckon the additional fare for the short distance between Beach Haven and Hobsonville turns it into a rip-off for Hobsonville commuters. So if you live at Hobby and use it every day, then maybe a small dinghy might be the thing to zip over to Beach Haven and catch the ferry from there

yep, that's another year gone, 365 days, bones getting more brittle, hair falling out, stomach getting bigger, but on the other side, a big thank you to Big Dave for looking after us, caring for us, and telling us off sometimes for putting a thread in the wrong place. Where would our day be without this site. As for the next few days off, shops are still open so people will be shopping for their daily bread.
